Samuel Provido is a Virginia Beach native and partner at CRU Fishing, with a deep-rooted understanding of the area’s inshore and coastal fisheries. Growing up fishing the waters of coastal Virginia, he developed a strong foundation targeting species like redfish, speckled trout, and cobia, gaining firsthand experience that continues to shape his approach to the sport.

Now based in Pennsylvania, Sam has expanded his skillset through a dedicated focus on fly fishing, bringing a technical and versatile perspective to the water. His ability to bridge both saltwater and freshwater environments adds a unique dimension to CRU Fishing, blending traditional coastal knowledge with the precision and discipline of fly fishing.
